Entoku-in Temple visitation hours, fees, and parking

  • Visitation hours: Reception from10:00AM - 5:00PM (Last entry 5:30PM) Time required: 30 minutes

    3 locations (Kodai-ji Temple, Kodaiji Sho Museum, Entoku-in Temple) Discount for all
    locations (includes souvenir)

    *If seeing Kodai-ji Temple and Entoku-in Temple without buying the multi-location ticket,
    it will cost 1,100 yen and does not include a souvenir.

  • Parking: Please use the Kodai-ji parking lot.
    Customers purchasing a ticket for all three locations and who use the Kodai-ji parking lot will also receive a 2-hour parking pass for the Kodai-ji parking lot free of charge at the reception.
    Customers only visiting the Entoku-in Temple will receive a 1-hour parking pass.
    (The Kodai-ji parking lot is about 1 minute on foot from Entoku-in Temple)

Access

-Take the 206 city bus from JR Kyoto Station or Kintetsu Kyoto Station. Get off at "Higashiyama Yasui." Walk 5 minutes east.

-Take the 207 city bus from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station or Keihan Gion-Shijo Station. Get off at "Higashiyama Yasui." Walk 5 minutes east.

-Take a taxi from JR Kyoto Station or Kintetsu Kyoto Station, which takes about 15 minutes.

*City buses numbered 100 (Raku Bus) are express buses and do not stop at "Higashiyama Yasui".
Get off at the front bus stop, "Kiyomizumichi".

*The subway, Hankyu, and Keihan train routes on the map above are underground routes.
